For over fifty-years Manasota Beach Club has been known for it's excellence in seasonal fine dining. Whether overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or under the shady oak canopy deck, you will enjoy the quiet atmosphere unique to Manasota Beach Club's traditional style and simple elegance. Jackets are required for dinner during season. During high season, lunch will be served as buffet-style. Don't miss the social hour at sunset with hors d'oeuvres for our guests nightly in the Surf Room.
For those traveling with younger children we have designed a program to allow the children a simple dinner, meet new friends and enjoy nightly supervised activities.
Manasota Beach Club welcomes group events, such as business retreats, family reunions, weddings, anniversaries and celebration of life during our pre and post seasons.
Executive Chef Jeff Dzierzak
Surrounded by a vast array of seafood and produce, the north shore of Massachusetts was a great place for an aspiring Chef to grow up. Attending the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park in New York, Chef Jeff honed his culinary skills in fine dining and cuisine. Encouraged by Executive Chefs, his love of cooking grew. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management. His experiences in the field allowed him to flourish from Maine to Boca Grande, Florida for four seasons before becoming the Executive Chef at the Manasota Beach Club. Traveling north and south allows diversity and creativity in the menu planning so that he can meet his goal of fullfilling guests needs and requests with highest standards.
