Start your day with a morning yoga session to create a peaceful and revitalizing experience.

After the morning practice, take advantage of ample free time to fully immerse yourself in the serene surroundings. Stroll along the tranquil private beach, explore the club's lush natural grounds, and take a refreshing dip in the pool.

All can be enjoyed before gathering for a nourishing lunch and an enlightening "lunch and learn" session about the healing benefits of sunlight. In the afternoon, tap into your creativity with a vision board activity, guiding you to set intentions for the light you want to bring into your life.

The day winds down with more free time, followed by an evening yoga practice, and concludes with a light dinner while we soak in the sunset together.

The Sun holds deep power in spiritual practices connecting us to our healing ability and inner wisdom. This retreat has been intentionally created to help you recharge and realign with the healing energy of the sun, so you can enter the holiday season with clarity, balance, and renewed light within.

Extend your relaxation by staying overnight at MBC. You can arrive a day early with a partner and enjoy a quiet evening the night before the retreat begins, or choose to stay the night after the retreat and start your next day with a walk on the private beach. For the ultimate getaway, consider staying the night before and after the retreat for a complete rejuvenation experience!
